Williams Elite Academy admits

 students to all grade levels at the beginning of each academic year. If a parent has a valid reason in wanting admittance during the school year special consideration will be given. Admission will be subject to space availability and ability to pay. 

The school embraces all students regardless of social status, race or creed if the students and parents have agreed to abide by the school rules and to participate in all school activities.

Application Process

To apply for admission, parents/guardians must follow these steps:

1. Submit a written application using the prescribed Application Form.
2. Pay the non-refundable application fee.
3. Schedule and complete a mandatory entrance examination (required for all applicants).
4. Provide the following documents:
   • Completed Application Form
   • Academic report from the last school attended
   • Two passport-sized photographs (updated every two years)
   • Birth Certificate
   • Immunization Card (up-to-date)
   • Medical Form
   • Parent/Guardian Photo ID

Immediately prior to admission the following must be submitted:

• Paid School Fee Voucher
• School Fee Payment Agreement
• Completed Medical Form
• Signed Disciplinary Contract
• Information regarding persons allowed to pick up your child/ward.

All new students and their parents must participate in the orientation programme prior to admission. Please note that students may be admitted during the school year in exceptional circumstances ONLY.
