Where a parent/guardian believes financial circumstances have arisen that will prevent or delay the payment of the school fee account, a variety of options is available:

1. EXTENSION OF TIME – If an extension is required, please contact the school administration prior to the due date. Such fees should be paid by the end of the first week of the start of the term.
2. PAYMENT PLANS (Payment of the school fee by regular installments) – Parents must convey this request to the school on the first week of the term and sign an undertaking confirming the dates of payments as set up by the school.

PLEASE NOTE: Paying in installments carries a surcharge of 3.0% of the total amount charged.

The installment payment can be done as below:

1. 50% of the fees at the beginning of the term within the first week.
2. 25% on the first Friday of the following month.
3. 25% on the first Friday of the third month.

Williams Elite Academy will handle overdue school fee accounts through the following process:

1. Initial Reminder: A reminder notice or letter will be issued within 7 days to any family who has not settled their school fee account by the due date, provided there is no payment plan or other arrangements in place.
2. Follow-up Contact: If payment or a suitable response is not received within 7 days of the reminder notice, the academy will contact the parent via telephone, mail, or email.
3. Final Action: If satisfactory arrangements have not been reached two weeks after this second reminder, the child will not be able to continue attending classes.

If parents need to withdraw their child/children within one month of a school term, they are entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. However, if the withdrawal occurs after the first month, there will be no entitlement to a refund.
